Our company founded in 1969 mainly focuses on the design and manufacture of customized springs in wire diameters ranging from 0.1 to 14 mm. With our experience in development and design of precision springs we offer custom products, which are perfectly adapted to the needs of our customers. With our advanced machinery we manufacture your product in almost any batch sizes. The high quality is due to our continual improving quality assurance standards guaranteed.

Our company always been anxious to avoid unnecessary emissions and redundant waste. All employees are trained on our objectives in terms of environmental policy, hence an environmentally friendly manufacture of our products is guaranteed.

We include all existing environmental regulations in our business planning and try to avoid environmentally harmful substances best possible. Our products are mostly designed that even a easy disposal is possible.

In the field of packaging technology, we try to switch to reusable packaging.

History

1969

Company founded by Mr. Hans Ziller – 2 man company in Boehmenkirch – workshop about 50 sqm.

1973

Relocation of production in poststrasse 45 in Boehmenkirch – 5 employees

1984

Move into the new built corporate buildings in Ahornstrasse in Boehmenkirch – about 1400 square meters of production area – 25 employees.

1990

Rebranding to Hans Ziller GmbH.

1994

Production area expansion about 2800 sqm – set the course for a furthermore positive company groth – 50 employees.

2008

Stock – and production area expansion about 2200 square meters – Enlargement of the administration wing. Beginning with the education of industrial mechanics for spring technology.

2010

Total production area about 6100 square meters and about 90 employees.

2012

Expansion of the machinery – powerful personnel growth: about 120 employees – education and student support are amplified in the industrial and business area.

2013

Certification to ISO / TS 16949, DIN EN ISO 50001:2011 und DIN EN ISO 14001:2009

2015

Expansion of the product portfolio to 14,00 mm wire diameter – enhanced alignment to medium-sized companies – upgrade of the skills in assembling, automation and handling
